About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide individualized care to patients, prioritizing their needs and promoting a safe and comfortable environment.
2. Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
3. Monitor patients' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team in a timely manner.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc.) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) degree required.
• 1-10 years of experience in a hospital setting, with a strong understanding of nursing practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
