As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing strategies to increase agent recruitment, development, and productivity.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Agent Acquisition: Develop various sources of agent hiring, build a team of agents, and create an agent pipeline. Conduct activities to enhance existing agent footfall and generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring.
  1. Implementation of Hiring Process: Follow the 9-pointer hiring mechanism and other hiring norms while adhering to business standards.
  1. Agent Development: Ensure product knowledge through training, field demonstrations, FODs, and development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits, and work habits.
  1. Meet Business Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans by improving agent productivity and persistency through regular PRP, IID, and GID. Maintain agent proactivity as per business plan.
  1. Customer Centricity: Be a brand ambassador and customer champion by following sales practices to develop deep customer loyalty. Hold periodical customer meets to understand customer pulse and needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate preferably with an MBA
  • Age not less than 26 years
  • Work experience not less than 3 years in a relevant field
  • Overall experience of 6-8 years
  • Experience of handling a 4-5 member team for at least 2 years
