About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and engaging digital products that drive user success and business growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex problems into elegant design solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead end-to-end design for features and products across web and mobile platforms.

To be successful in this role, you will need to conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform your design decisions. You must also create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that communicate your solutions effectively.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will maintain and contribute to our design system and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability. You will use data and feedback to iterate and improve existing features and user journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end design for features and products across web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
  • Maintain and contribute to our design system and guidelines.
  • Use data and feedback to iterate and improve existing features and user journeys.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional experience in product design, interaction design, or UX/UI design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your process and impact on shipped digital products.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices across web and mobile platforms.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to present your ideas confidently.
