Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  2. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and system designs.
  3. Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  4. Identify and prioritize technical issues and implement resolutions.
  5. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical matters.
  6. Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft .Net and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
  • Proven track record of leading software development projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SOA design principles and mocking frameworks.
  • Familiarity with performance testing and optimization techniques.
