Okta Technical Lead

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an expert to lead our technical team and coordinate User Access Review (UAR) assessments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Foster Integration Discovery sessions with application owners to gather requirements, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable solutions.
- Leverage advanced skills in designing and implementing complex integrations in Okta.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of applications.
- Lead UAR assessments and access policy definition, ensuring compliance with security standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Okta, Active Directory, SAML, SCIM, OIDC.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years in IAM projects.
- Proven experience leading complex enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on experience with UAR assessments and access policy definition.
