Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation AI models.

This position focuses on dataset generation, model evaluation, and Python programming with an emphasis on Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), and benchmarking AI systems.

You will be responsible for developing efficient Python code that supports AI training pipelines, generating and refining datasets for SFT, and contributing to RLHF workflows. Additionally, you will run evaluations to measure and compare model performance, assess and rank model outputs, and provide clear, structured feedback.

To succeed in this role, you should have proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills, familiarity with testing frameworks, and understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming. A strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills in English are also essential.
