Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and driven full stack developer to lead our team's technology efforts.

This role requires an individual with in-depth knowledge of the MERN stack, proven experience as an expert engineer, and a track record of delivering large-scale web applications.

The ideal candidate will have expertise with GraphQL, gRPC protocol, MySQL/RDS, Github, JIRA & AWS, and unit testing frameworks. Additionally, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, AI/ML concepts, and a passion for developing AI-driven features is desirable.

The selected candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the team, sharing knowledge, conducting code reviews, and enforcing software engineering best practices. They must also be able to work well in a distributed environment and possess strong communication skills.

The successful applicant will have a strong portfolio, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

To succeed in this role, you should be a high performer, trustworthy, and able to work independently. You will be required to attend daily stand-up meetings via Zoom at 9:00A IST.
