Job Title:

Customer Support Professional

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to provide top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. This role involves resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products and services to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex issues to senior support staff as needed.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and resolution targets.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in customer support software and tools (such as CRM systems and ticketing systems).
