Job Title: Senior Microservices Engineer
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team at People Strong Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance and scalable microservices using Spring Boot framework.
Key Responsibilities- Create, deploy, monitor, and maintain high performance and scalable microservices in production environments.
- Design/develop RESTful Services, data analysis, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Take end-to-end ownership for complex technical projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery.
- Build, optimize, and manage ad solution Platforms for enterprise-level clients.
- Perform code review and manage technical debt, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Handle release deployments and production issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in application development using Java with creating and deploying microservices using Spring Boot framework.
- Strong expertise in Maven, ensuring seamless project management and deployment.
- Good experience in unit(Junit) and integration testing, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables.
- Experience in Microservices is a must, with a strong focus on scalability and performance.
- Experience in designing and developing REST based services / Microservice development, ensuring efficient communication between systems.
- Candidate should have good communication skills (written and verbal), with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of databases such as Mongo, Maria, RMQ, Postgres, or other NoSQL servers, with experience in working with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
- You are a skilled backend developer with expertise in designing and developing high-performance and scalable microservices.
- You have strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks, with experience in working with various databases.
- You are experienced in working with teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, with excellent collaboration skills.
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
