Senior AI Research Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Research Scientist to lead our team in designing and developing cutting-edge generative models that drive innovation in the field of artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Generative Models: Utilize expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI research to design and develop novel generative models that can generalize well across various tasks and domains.
  • Implement Model Fine-Tuning and Transfer Learning: Employ model fine-tuning and transfer learning techniques to adapt existing models to new tasks and domains, while maintaining their performance and efficiency.
  • Work with Large Language Models: Leverage understanding of large language models (LLMs) to develop and deploy models that can perform complex tasks such as text generation, summarization, and translation.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate generative models into our products and services, ensuring seamless user experiences.

Requirements:

  • Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with Generative Models: Hands-on experience in building and deploying generative models such as GANS, VAEs, and transformer-based models.
  • Understanding of Model Architecture: Deep understanding of transformer architecture, including multi-head attention, layer normalization, and residual connections.
  • Familiarity with AdamW and Optimization Strategies: Experience in training and deploying LLMs for tasks like text generation, summarization, or translation, including knowledge of AdamW, learning rate warm-up, and optimization strategies.
