Software Engineering Position

We are looking for a skilled professional to design, build and deploy innovative solutions that automate workflows, integrate with Microsoft 365 and external systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, build and maintain software agents for internal and client workflows; integrate with Microsoft 365 apps and approved knowledge sources.
  • Create secure, supportable applications with custom connectors to REST APIs and external services.
  • Implement API/webhook interactions to orchestrate cross-system processes; instrument and tune performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver iterative value; document patterns for reuse and handover.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio: designs and deploys agents; understands agent performance metrics.
  • Power Platform expertise: hands-on Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages; builds custom connectors; integrates REST APIs/Azure services into applications.
  • Scripting for integrations: able to write scripts that send payloads via API calls/webhooks.
  • Business partnering: translates business requirements into scalable solutions; collaborates across functions; problem-solves and optimises flows.
  • Qualifications (preferred): Microsoft Power Platform certifications or demonstrable Power Platform title/track record.
