Mandolin Educator Position

We are seeking a skilled and passionate music educator to provide engaging, personalized lessons to students of varying skill levels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality online mandolin lessons tailored to each student's needs.
  • Create customized lesson plans based on skill level, goals, and musical interests.
  • Teach music theory, techniques, scales, chords, picking, and performance skills relevant to the mandolin.
  • Instruct students in different styles (classical, folk, bluegrass, jazz, contemporary).
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback and practice exercises.
  • Promote student development of confidence, creativity, and discipline in their practice.
  • Utilize digital resources effectively for teaching purposes.
  • Stay updated on teaching methods and repertoire for mandolin.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Music Instructor or Professional Instrumentalist.
  • Proficiency in reading sheet music, tabs, and understanding of music theory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for online engagement.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods for different learning styles and ages.
  • Reliable internet connection and necessary equipment for online classes.
  • Patience, creativity, and passion for helping students grow musically.
