Backend Engineering Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python (Django) and Node.js, with expertise in designing RESTful & GraphQL APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (Django) & Node.js.
  • Develop and optimize APIs for seamless frontend-backend integration.
  • Work with Next.js & React.js to ensure a smooth web application experience.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Manage databases, caching strategies, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of backend development experience with a strong foundation in Python (Django) and Node.js.
  • Expertise in designing RESTful & GraphQL APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Next.js & React for full-stack development.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Firebase, or Azure).
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, authentication, and security best practices.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with WebSockets, real-time data processing, or event-driven architecture.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and serverless computing.
