Job Title:

Integration Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using BIS.
  • Configure and manage EDI/B2B interfaces with trading partners and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration flows, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Perform upgrades, patches, and performance tuning of BIS environments.
  • Document technical specifications, integration flows, and support procedures.
  • Provide support for production issues and participate in on-call rotations if required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in EDI/B2B integration, with at least 4 years on BIS.
  • Strong understanding of EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, IDoc, etc).
  • Experience with Mapping Designer, File Exchange, and Message Tracking.
  • Proficiency in FTP/SFTP, AS2, HTTP/S, OFTP2, and other communication protocols.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or others for integration purposes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Seeburger certification(s) or training.
  • Experience with cloud-based integration or hybrid environments.
  • Knowledge of API integration and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
