Senior User Interface Designer

Hiring for a Senior User Interface Designer to lead the visual and interaction design of digital experiences. This position requires an expert in modern UI design tools, interaction prototyping, and user-centered design principles.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Design Creation: Design responsive, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces for customer web and mobile applications. Translate wireframes, user flows, and strategic insights into high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
  2. Design Systems & Scalability: Contribute to and help evolve design systems, components, and visual standards to ensure consistency across experiences and teams. Define and maintain design tokens and primitives (e.g., color, typography, spacing, elevation) as the foundation for scalable, consistent UI across platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in UI, visual, or product design with a strong portfolio of customer-facing digital products.
  • Expertise in modern UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer) and interaction prototyping.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design for mobile-first environments.
