Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Finance Expert Lead to lead our Global SAP Finance team. As a key member of our Enterprise Services organization, you will be responsible for managing the design, build, test, and run activities of our SAP Central Finance suite.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP technologies, including S4HANA Public/Private Cloud, and extensive experience in leading functional teams through implementation phases. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that our solutions meet business expectations and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the functional team through configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and Central Finance
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS
  • Developing and sustaining effective advisor relationships with senior leaders
  • Providing leadership to inspire and empower the team to accomplish work and meet business demands
  • Creating and maintaining an environment that fosters open communication, learning, collaboration, transparency, and inclusiveness

You will be responsible for defining and maintaining business requirement documentation standards, collaborating with business partners to ensure that these are captured correctly with clear and complete understanding of process and technology implications.

In addition, you will manage the Software Development Life Cycle to ensure that all delivery activities are performed in an efficient, quality, and compliant manner. You will also ensure that all ERP Applications are reliable, resilient, secure, and compliant.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience related to Tier 1 ERPs preferably SAP
  • A Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
  • 6-7 years SAP experience, including large-scale implementations, with at least 5 years in Financial Accounting and Management Accounting
  • 2+ years management experience
  • 8+ years working in IT

  • Demonstrates extensive-level experience and a proven record of success leading a team in configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and Central Finance
  • Experience working with technical and functional resources and following an Agile-based delivery methodology
  • Expertise in configuration and implementation of both Financial Accounting (FI), Managerial Accounting (CO), and Central Finance (CFIN)
  • Deep understanding of Corporate Finance Processes supported by Central Finance such as central payments, open item management, credit management, and shared services
  • Integration of Central Finance with SAP and other non-SAP solutions
  • Have functional expertise in several Finance areas including General Ledger Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center, Treasury
