We're seeking a skilled Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge digital products.

 

The Role:

 

  • Design with AI Superpowers (40%): Leverage advanced design tools like Figma AI, Adobe XD, Sketch, Midjourney, DALL-E, UXPin, Uizard, Lovable, Jasper & Galileo AI to rapidly ideate and iterate.
  • Craft Human-Centered Experiences (35%): Design intuitive interfaces for complex applications & consumer products, conduct user research and synthesize insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Collaborate & Innovate (25%): Work closely with engineers to bring designs to life with pixel-perfect implementation, partner with product managers to balance user needs with business objectives.

 

About You:

 

  • Must-Have Design DNA: 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web applications, AI tool proficiency, color theory mastery, user empathy.
