Your primary responsibilities will include developing proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and giving inputs in solution design based on your areas of expertise. You will also plan activities, configure products as per design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will conduct solution product demonstrations, Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates that suit customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organizational financial guidelines. You will also lead small projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value-added solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight
- Develop proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and giving inputs in solution design
- Plan activities, configure products, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries
- Conduct solution product demonstrations, Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in mainframe technologies operations storage CICS and MQ PCM monitoring scheduling and controlling batch flow execution on z/OS platform via TWS CA7 Zeke CTRL-M
- Good knowledge in console monitoring and first-second level of support in mainframe environments
- Good knowledge of IBM mainframe z/OS platform
- Good knowledge of mainframe monitoring alert tools
- Good knowledge of JCL Job Control Language
- Should be able to execute commands in a z/OS mainframe environment including system commands JES2 commands CICS commands IMS commands and DB2 commands
- Good knowledge of TSO ISPF SDSF and RESTART processes coupled with practical experience
- Deep knowledge in building ISPF application panel skeletons REXX programs coupled with several years of practical experience
- Modify create jobs schedules using TWS CA7 Zeke CTRL-M
