About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end Integrated AI solutions for lead generation, including data collection, application development, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs to support AI-driven applications.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Implement and optimize web applications to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
  • Develop and maintain large-scale backend systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and low latency.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Web development technologies and Gen AI technologies and apply them to improve our lead generation processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 12+ years of IT-related experience.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a focus on AI and machine learning.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Node.js, Python, NestJs, Bootstrap, and Angular.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong Python and JavaScript programming expertise.
  • Code quality and refactoring skills.
  • Backend system development expertise.
  • Strong multi-cultural team lead skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong software/application and problem-solving skills and passion for product development.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and open to working in agile environments with multiple stakeholders at the same time.
