Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee supplier management activities for West Asia. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of a Supplier Relationship Manager to deliver seamless communication and coordination between global supplier relationship strategies and local operational requirements in West Asia.

  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with the West Asia Supplier Relationship Manager to deliver comprehensive operational and tactical support for global supplier relationship initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
  • They will address escalations from the helpdesk, resolving general internal and external user challenges to ensure smooth system operation and user satisfaction.
  • Maintaining high service standards is essential, demonstrating attention to detail in processing requests from internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • The role involves conducting thorough supplier data due diligence reviews, implementing appropriate actions based on findings to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring the integrity of supplier data within the Aravo system is crucial, including regular review and revision of contact information, remittance details, compliance status, and payment methods.
  • The successful candidate will initiate and manage Aravo workflows to facilitate accurate data mapping across integrated systems, enhancing overall data consistency and reliability.
  • Vendor Management Cleanup (VMC) activities will also be performed with precision, applying rigorous due diligence to streamline the supplier database and optimize vendor relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders, including clients, internal requestors, and suppliers.

  • Prioritizing and managing multiple high-priority deliverables within stringent timelines is essential, showcasing strong organizational skills and ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
  • Navigating and resolving complex problems with innovative solutions requires critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Maintaining high standards of accuracy and data integrity in data management and revision processes is crucial.
  • Advanced competency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams, is necessary.
  • Liaising and stakeholder management capabilities are also required.
