Job Description

The Engagement Lead plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of consulting engagements.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our engagement team, overseeing project management, team leadership, client relationship management, and business development initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:

Manage the entire project lifecycle to deliver results efficiently and effectively.

Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

Mitigate project risks, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of professionals.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.

Provide regular feedback, conduct performance appraisals, and support team members' growth and development.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and expertise to drive client success.

Communication Skills:

Effectively convey ideas, findings, and insights to clients, stakeholders, and team members through clear and concise communication.

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.

Business Development and Revenue Growth:

Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to pursue them, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure new projects.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform business development initiatives.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve common goals, share knowledge, and leverage expertise.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Qualifications:

We require a highly motivated and experienced professional with:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, client relationship management, and team leadership.

A strong track record of delivering results, driving business growth, and building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
