Customer Data Platform Specialist

As a Customer Data Platform (CDP) specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping our organization drive business growth through data-driven decision making. Job Description:

Our CDP team is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust systems that help us understand our customers' behavior, preferences, and needs. As a CDP specialist, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data solutions that meet business requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement scalable data architectures.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize data requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques.
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms and data integration tools.
  • Understanding of cloud-based data storage solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
