    We are seeking a skilled Manual QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual testing for SaaS or enterprise platforms and be familiar with functional, regression, and exploratory testing.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform manual functional testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and improve product quality.

    • Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on requirements.

    • Validate bug fixes and ensure they are resolved by tracking issues in our bug tracking system.

      ">

    • Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.

    • Report defects clearly, including steps to reproduce and an impact analysis.

    Performance Metrics (KPIs):

    • Defect Detection Rate: ≥ 95% of critical issues identified before release.

    • Defect Leakage: ≤ 5% of high-severity issues reported post-release.

    • Test Coverage: ≥ 90% of functional requirements validated per sprint.

    • Bug Closure Rate: ≥ 90% of reported bugs resolved within committed sprint.

    Requirements:

    • 2-4 years of experience in manual QA testing for SaaS or enterprise platforms.
