SAP PS Application Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, build, and configuration of applications with a strong focus on SAP Project System (PS).

Role Overview

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for driving collaboration across teams, overseeing application development, and ensuring successful project delivery that aligns with organizational goals.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Project System (PS).
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team, ensuring accountability for decisions and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key organizational decisions.
  • Provide effective solutions to complex problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Professional Skills

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS) with a minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on experience.
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and their application in SAP PS.
  • Proven experience in application design, build, and configuration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
