Job Title: Transformational Health Expert

Elevate your career in public health research and join our team as a transformational health expert. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex problem-solving and collaboratively create solutions for transformational change in development sectors, spanning healthcare and diseases-related research, Nutrition, Family Planning, Maternal and Child Health, Climate, and Gender Equity.

As a key member of our Insights & Advisory (IA) team, you will provide strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data. Your expertise will help drive business impact and strategic decision-making for our clients.

The ideal candidate should have professional experience, strong consulting and research capabilities, and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead secondary research and insights on public health areas, including Maternal and Child health, Immunization, FP, NTDs.
  • Manage databases and repositories, ensuring regular updates.
  • Analyze and manage data using good knowledge of data management, analysis, and M&E activities.
  • Conduct research and MLE activities, including quantitative surveys and qualitative impact stories.
  • Plan, write, edit, review, and coordinate monthly reports, presentations, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Develop and deploy strategic tools and frameworks for conducting primary and secondary research, data collection, and M&E.
  • Effectively collect, evaluate, and synthesize information from multiple sources and summarize it in word reports and presentations.
  • Track latest developments and trends, identifying relevant sources of information and presenting data and findings succinctly.
  • Mentor and support reportees in executing deliverables, ensuring optimal team bandwidth utilization.
  • Manage key client accounts and engagement, providing proactive solutioning on business problems.
  • Support other teams as needed, working on business development opportunities with senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • 7-12 years of professional experience in public health research in India and globally.
  • Masters/MA in Public Health.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis, visualization software, and literature reviews.
  • Ability to conduct systematic reviews and meta-analysis.
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office applications.
