Job Description:
">This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing critical insights and analysis to drive business growth.
">- You will specialize in financial and operational KPIs through engineering in-depth analysis and reporting, providing meaningful insights to key business leaders.
- Partnerships with global finance teams, operations, and high-level management are essential to steer the business and monitor progress.
- As an analyst, you will not only solve problems but also summarize and articulate results to management. Painting a picture of what's happening by articulating insights from the analysis is crucial to the value we provide.
- Understanding industry trends and our business strategy is vital in this role, as our work directly influences execution and success.
- Strong critical thinking skills are necessary for successfully operating in an entrepreneurial environment. Adaptability is key as new demands frequently arise.
- Logical reasoning skills are required for navigating complex models and advanced Excel functions.
Key Responsibilities:
">● Prepare and manage data analytics on operational metrics.
● Build and maintain analytical models on key operating measures.
● Collaborate with leadership to formulate medium- to long-term financial and strategic plans.
● Work closely with Business Unit heads to build annual budgets and forecasts.
● Develop models to project long-term growth and determine impacting factors.
● Analyze financial and operational results to understand company performance.
● Utilize existing tools to deliver insightful business performance data.
● Communicate reasons behind product/department performance and results to senior management.
● Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results.
● Recommend productivity or cost-saving initiatives based on operations reviews.
● Prepare and manage data analytics on operational metrics.
● Build and maintain analytical models on key operating measures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
">● Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance is preferred.
● A minimum of 10 plus years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is required.
● Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is beneficial.
● Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills to convey complex information effectively.
● Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills).
● Ability to multitask and be self-motivated.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide impactful insights.
● Ability to influence management decisions.
● Willingness to adapt and improve processes to meet evolving needs.
● Experience working with Essbase is an asset.
● Prior corporate FPA experience is preferred.
