  • Architecture doc + data contracts (KYC/AML, GST, bank, invoices, escrow events).
  • Neo4j graph v0 (Borrower, Promoter, GSTIN, Invoice, Device, BankAcct, Contact, Address; edges: owns, transacts_with, shares_device, address_overlap, guarantor_of, pledge_link, vendor_of).
  • Rules engine v0 (co-address/phone/IMEI; circular trades; pledge conflicts).
  • Console v0 (read-only), immutable audit logging; SSO/MFA; PII at-rest encryption.

Secondary Platform (read-only aggregator v0)

  • Scope doc + schema for unlisted/alt inventory (WWIPL, Indianext, Grip/LeafRound lease, bonds platforms, EU ETS ETFs KRBN/KEUA, voluntary carbon venues notes, etc.).
  • Data adapters: start with CSV/API/manual ingest; no trading—discovery/analytics only.
  • Price/terms normalization + risk tags (liquidity, custody, jurisdiction/LRS).
