Responsibilities:
  • Machine Operation: Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks during production and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, and report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
Working Conditions:
  • Shifts: 7AM to 3PM, 3PM to 11PM, and 11PM to 7AM.
  • Workweek: 6 days/week with 1 rolling day off.
  • Shift Allowance: ₹30 per night shift (up to 15 shifts/month).
Requirements:
  • Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Ping out year: 2020 onwards).
  • Age: 18-25 years.
  • Height: Minimum 155 cm.
  • Weight: Minimum 50 kg.
  • Health Requirements: Candidates should not have had any surgery in the past, and blood and sugar levels should be normal.
Benefits:
  • Stipend: ₹17,000 per month for Diploma holders, ₹16,000 per month for ITI holders.
  • Overtime: Occasionally available.
  • Food and Transport: Two meals per day provided at the plant (vegetarian), ₹500 deducted monthly from the stipend for food and transportation.
  • Accommodation: 3-month accommodation for male trainees in hostels (34 people per room), distance from factory: 3-10 minutes depending on hostel location.
  • Retention Bonus: ₹5,000 every 6 months for the first 2 years, ₹10,000 every 6 months in the 3rd year.
  • Medical Insurance: ₹1 lakh coverage for medical insurance, ₹5 lakhs for Group Personal Accident Policy.
  • Other Benefits: Uniform and safety shoes provided free of cost, birthday chocolates and festival sweets/gifts, 6-year training period.
