Role Overview

This role involves leading the design process for our fan-facing experiences, driving the visual direction for products, and mentoring designers.

We're looking for someone with extensive experience in digital product design, preferably in media or sports, who can balance beauty and usability in their work.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end design processes for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new fan engagement platforms.
  • Defining the visual direction for products, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and brand-aligned.
  • Designing and delivering polished user interfaces from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes that meet user needs.
  • Building and maintaining a scalable design system and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.

  • Experience: 4+ years in digital product design, ideally in media, sports, or other high-traffic consumer platforms.
  • Portfolio: A strong body of work showcasing top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Craft Skills: Mastery of Figma and strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership: Experience mentoring designers and advocating for design excellence within a team or company.
