Senior Software Engineer

This is a challenging role for an experienced software engineer to join our talented development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Exhibits strong leadership skills to collaborate with the team, product management, and technical support.
  • Spends 100% of time as an individual contributor.
  • Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on complex tasks only.
  • Autonomy in coding and testing; contributes to module design.
  • Participates in requirement definition, design discussions, and documentation.
  • Ensures automation, quality, and security of developed modules.
  • Adheres to processes to meet compliance requirements.
  • Participates or handles customer cases.
  • Shares knowledge within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • B.Tech./B.E./M.Tech. degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/Cybersecurity/Embedded field from an accredited college/university.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
  • Proven experience in designing and building complex software systems and applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, etc.
  • Good knowledge of smart cards or PKI.
  • Manage source code using Git, ensuring version control and collaboration within the team.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks.
  • RDBMS exposure to Microsoft SQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
