Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to lead the design and implementation of high-performance cloud solutions tailored to customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, and orchestration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop OpenStack-based cloud architectures that meet customer requirements and provide scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud infrastructure with existing platforms and ensure seamless deployment.
  • Develop best practices for cloud infrastructure, including HA, scalability, and performance tuning, to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to align infrastructure automation with deployment pipelines and ensure smooth delivery of projects.
  • Lead customer engagements and translate business requirements into technical architectures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing and apply knowledge to enhance cloud infrastructure solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in cloud and infrastructure architecture, with a strong focus on OpenStack and related technologies.
  • Deep domain expertise in at least one of the following areas: cloud infrastructure, storage, or networking.
  • Proficient in container technologies and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus).
  • Experience with tools like Ansible, Terraform, or other automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Linux internals, scripting, and system performance monitoring.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and customer-facing skills.
