Full Stack Engineer Role

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications using React and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable front-end solutions using React, ensuring seamless integration with back-end services.
  • Implement robust back-end infrastructure using Node.js and NestJS, leveraging advanced features like generics and runtime validation.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding efficiency and quality, and collaborate with product owners and designers to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
  • Work with Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs) like Prisma, Sequelize, or TypeORM to interact with databases efficiently and ensure data integrity.
  • Apply strong architectural principles to balance technical excellence with delivery timelines and prioritize UI/UX principles to create intuitive interfaces.
  • Integrate applications into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and manage deployments in modern cloud environments, preferably AWS.
  • Participate actively in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies to foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with React and Node.js.
  • Strong hands-on experience with the NestJS framework and expertise in TypeScript, including advanced typing, generics, and runtime validation libraries.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
  • Experience working with ORMs like Prisma, Sequelize, or TypeORM and a strong understanding of frontend UI/UX best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and exposure to microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration, preferably Docker and Kubernetes.
