Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Engineer to administer and maintain identity platforms, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. This role involves implementing and managing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across systems, monitoring and reporting on identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies.

Collaboration with security architects is essential to design and improve identity infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.

The ideal candidate will possess experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID, as well as understanding in identity reporting and analytics, such as access logs and entitlement reviews.

A strong foundation in identity architecture, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and lifecycle management is also required. Additionally, knowledge of identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust, is necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Azure IAM features, such as Conditional Access and Privileged Identity Management.
  • Exposure to AWS IAM and cloud identity integrations.
  • Proficiency in scripting or automation skills, such as PowerShell and Python.
  • Azure DLP (Purview) experience is a plus.
