Job Opportunity:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Draftsman located in Chennai.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Creating precise architectural drawings based on specifications, requirements, and calculations
  • Drafting detailed construction drawings with accuracy and precision
  • Ensuring all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborating effectively with architects, engineers, and construction teams to achieve common goals
  • Reviewing and adjusting plans as needed to meet project requirements
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Architectural Drawings, Drawing, and Construction Drawings software
  • Understanding of Architecture and Planning principles
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related field
