Technical Expert: Frontend Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform Figma or other design tool mockups into responsive, accessible, and functional websites that cater to diverse user needs.
  • Deliver pixel-perfect implementation of UI/UX designs while adhering to industry best practices.
  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility by leveraging various tools and techniques.
  • Implement interactive elements, animations, and transitions where necessary to enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code that follows established coding standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to guarantee smooth user experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Core Web Technologies
    • HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
    • Responsive design techniques (Flexbox, Grid, fluid typography)
    • Cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design
  • Framewors/Libraries
    • Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular
    • Styling: Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS/SASS
    • Animation: GSAP, Framer Motion, or CSS animations
  • Design Integration
    • Strong proficiency in Figma (interpreting design specs, spacing, typography, and color schemes)
    • Familiarity with Adobe XD or Sketch (optional)
  • Additional Skills
    • Git & version control workflows (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
    • Basic SEO-friendly HTML structure
    • Basic understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards)
    • Basic integration with APIs or backend data
    • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, image compression, code splitting)
