Assume a senior leadership role in the internal audit department and shape the strategic direction of our company's risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a risk-based audit plan that addresses emerging areas of risk, such as revenue recognition, contract accounting, compliance, fraud, operations, and outsourcing.
  • Lead complex audits with an emphasis on data analytics and automation techniques to achieve comprehensive risk coverage and deliver high-quality audit results.
  • Manage fieldwork, workpaper documentation, audit meetings, reporting, and follow-ups while ensuring adherence to established methodologies.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with auditees and team members through effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant with significant post-qualification experience in external or internal auditing; Big 4 or global organization background preferred.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with minimal supervision required.
  • Experience in data analytics throughout the audit lifecycle.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial, operational, compliance, and systems auditing techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, report drafting, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English language.
  • Able to think critically and challenge conventional thinking.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment across time zones.
  • Additional relevant certifications (CIA or CFE) beneficial.
  • Willingsness to engage in domestic and international travel.
