Lead Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced architect to lead our architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage client relationships, and hands-on experience in supervising project execution.

Job Overview

This is a key role for an accomplished architect with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for leading design teams, collaborating with cross-functional groups, and ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies and plans for various projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Oversee site supervision to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to achieve seamless project delivery
  • Mentor and guide junior designers/architects within the team
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design projects
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design and execution capabilities
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design software
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects independently
