**Project Lead for Commercial Interior Fitout Projects**

Job Description:

As a seasoned professional in project management, you will lead the team in overseeing commercial interior fitout projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in cost planning, consultant and contractor procurement, design management, construction management, and handover will be instrumental in ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

Your responsibilities will include undertaking all project planning activities, establishing a Project Execution Plan (PEP), and supporting documents. You will also coordinate activities with appointed project consultants, engage with stakeholders, manage procurement and coordination activities, and prepare master programs and progress reports.

A key player in interfacing with clients and other consultants at all project stages, you will take charge of project planning, including producing detailed project plans. You will work closely with sales teams, commercial teams, clients, contractors, and in-house factories to ensure timely project handovers.

In this role, your leadership skills will be paramount in directing multiple teams and departments. With hands-on experience with project management tools like MSP, MS Office skills, and excellent communication skills, you will excel as our ideal candidate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degree in Construction Management or Master of Business Administration preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience with budget management and project planning skills.
  • Strategic thinker and leader with consulting experience in operations management.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools like MSP.
  • MS Office skills, good at preparing high-impact presentations.
