Drive Business Growth as a Data Science Manager

As a senior data science leader, you will spearhead a team of experts in driving business growth through innovative solutions leveraging machine learning and GenAI. We seek an accomplished professional with expertise in NLP and quantitative analysis.

  • A master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or related discipline)

You will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to align on project goals and objectives
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of data by implementing proactive checks and resolving discrepancies
  • Developing and deploying EDA, feature engineering, and performance metrics to inform ML/DL algorithm selection and optimization
  • Conducting research to identify existing solutions and novel approaches to building ML models
  • Designing and optimizing data models to query relevant data efficiently
  • Applying ML/DL algorithms to drive business outcomes and measure impact
  • Validating and scaling ML/DL models to meet business requirements
  • Documenting project artifacts and logging failures and exceptions
  • Measuring and articulating the impact of DS projects on business metrics and refining the workflow based on feedback

We are looking for someone who is comfortable interpreting research papers, has experience with LORA, RAG, fine-tuning, and predictive modeling in Python, particularly with time series, multivariable, and causal analysis.
