Job Title

Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to collaborate with our team of product developers and quality analysts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the product meets established standards of quality, encompassing reliability, usability, and performance.

The selected individual will be tasked with:

  • Developing and executing test cases for module, integration, and system testing
  • Designing and implementing tools for test management, execution, and reporting to enhance the overall software testing process
  • Collaborating with developers to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Hands-on experience in performance testing is mandatory
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Functional testing to ensure the product's GUI and performance meet expectations
  • Close collaboration with development teams to report and troubleshoot issues

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in testing web and windows-based applications
  • Proficiency in creating test cases, test sets, and test executions for web and windows-based applications
  • Experience with ad-hoc testing, smoke testing, data-driven testing, cross-browser testing, and release acceptance testing
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
