Data Interpretation & Insights
  • Analyze large datasets to identify critical patterns, trends, and anomalies in customer behavior, sales performance, inventory optimization, and market trends.
  • Transform raw analytics outputs into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Develop hypotheses and validate them through comprehensive analytical investigations.
  • Create executive-level summaries that translate technical findings into business language.
Team Enablement
  • Train cross-functional teams on data interpretation, analytics tools, and data-driven decision making.
  • Develop frameworks and methodologies for teams to independently analyze and interpret data.
  • Create literacy programs tailored to different organizational levels and functional areas.
Strategic Decision Support
  • Partner with business leaders to translate strategic questions into analytical frameworks and data requirements.
  • Provide recommendations for key business decisions.
  • Lead data-driven strategic planning sessions and quarterly business reviews.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field. 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics consulting is required. Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams is also essential.
