Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Sr Analyst to manage returns and remanufacturing activities across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain or operations management, with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in return and rework management, procurement, and order management. Proficiency in MS Excel is also essential.

We require a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who can work effectively in a multi-cultural, geographically diverse team. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are required to communicate at all levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support warranty replacements through product life cycle.
  • Review and identify near-term and long-term imbalances of supply at remanufacturing set up.
  • Create, implement, and monitor returns and rework KPIs.
  • Identify and drive process improvements.

Requirements:

  • BE or MBA from Tier 1 or 2 Institute (specialization in supply chain or operations).
  • 5-6 years of experience in return and rework management, procurement, and order management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems (optional).
  • Ability to work in different time zones and under pressure.
