We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team.

About the role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality web experiences, focusing on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a talented marketing team to produce engaging online experiences for leads and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with in-house designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits.
  • Measure conversion, traffic, bounce and more, and provide directional suggestions to the team.
  • Design innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using observations and learning.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams.
  • Research the latest trends and keep track of innovations in the space.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO, including knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings, and constant upkeep with ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social and external platform tracking.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to follow deadlines.
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
