">Role Summary:
  • We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in an ICU/NICU/CCU setting.
">Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Provide continuous and specialized care to critically ill patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and operating critical care equipment.
  • Charting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts, ensuring that all necessary information is documented and easily accessible.
  • Emergency Response: Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, carrying out physician instructions and maintaining a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
  • Infection Control and Hygiene: Ensure that infection control and hygiene standards are met at all times, promoting a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff alike.
  • Family Support: Communicate patient status compassionately to family members, providing emotional support and reassurance during difficult times.
">Qualifications:
  • Nursing Education: B.Sc Nursing / GNM / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure and Certification: Valid Nursing Registration (INC or State Nursing Council) and BLS & ACLS certification preferred.
  • Experience and Skills: Strong knowledge of ICU protocols and equipment handling, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
