Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the implementation of projects, execute tasks, complete deliverables, coordinate staffing, and monitor and report results.
  • Client Communication: Effective management of client communications and expectations is crucial in this role.
  • Team Collaboration: The successful candidate will collaborate with the delivery team to recommend and deliver best-in-class services.
  • Project Status Updates: Presenting project statuses to the executive team and other stakeholders is an essential part of this role.
  • Risk Management: Managing risks to the successful completion of the project is critical. This includes identifying, classifying, prioritizing, mitigating, and developing contingency plans for risks appropriately.
  • Issue and Change Management: Managing issues and changes to the scope of the project is also vital.
  • Team Leadership: As a team player and leader, you will effectively coordinate across functional teams.
  • Development Team Support: You will ensure high throughput of development teams by identifying potential issues and roadblocks and working on preventing or eliminating them.
  • Client Deliverables: Supporting the creation of high-quality client deliverables, including executive level updates, meeting facilitation decks, project status reports, vendor reports, project trackers, meeting minutes, final recommendations, and contract redlines, is key.
  • Autonomy and Quality: Demonstrating the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while consistently delivering high-quality results within deadlines is essential.
  • Oversight and Integrity: Exercising sound judgement and oversight to ensure integrity and compliance with company policies in all activities and communications while fostering the organization's core values and behaviors is vital.
  • Talent Development: Creating an environment for growth of development team competencies and expertise via collaboration with a tech lead role representative is also crucial.

Required Skills:

  • Project Management Experience: 10 - 12 years or more experience of being dedicated, full-time Project Manager of teams 10+ is required.
  • Education and Certifications: A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services or related industries is necessary.
  • Service Line: Pharma / Biotech; Patient Support Program is the desired service line.
  • Drug Development Knowledge: Knowledge of Drug development is must.
  • Self-Driven: A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision is needed.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, a polished executive presence, and the ability to influence, including with members of C-suite client stakeholders is required.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. Strong proficiency in Excel is a plus.
  • International Experience: Working experience with European/USA clients is desired.
  • CRM Skills: Advanced level of skills in Salesforce / Hubspot is necessary.
