We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Financial Accountant. As an Accounts Officer, you will play a vital part in maintaining our company's financial records and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of day-to-day accounting principles, including balance sheet finalization, GST, Tally, income tax, TDS, and bank reconciliation. Additionally, they will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other supporting documents.
  • Prepare and finalize balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including GST, income tax, and TDS.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies or errors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)/Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM).
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, including Tally.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
