As a Medical Scribe Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing provider productivity by leveraging cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate has experience utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHRs) to scribe visitation notes into patients' charts while understanding the nuances between multiple providers in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review physician dictation and transcribe it to clinical notes in EMR/Billing systems
  • Prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for physicians
  • Ensure medical record compliance through self-documentation attestation
  • Update patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information in the patient's chart
  • Prepare and send documentation to physicians for review and approval via authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures
  • Monitor lab results and screening procedures
  • Comply with hospital and medical facility policies, including HIPAA and Joint Commission regulations
  • Perform other administrative duties and tasks to improve provider efficiency and clinic workflow as assigned
  • Assign codes to diagnoses and procedures using ICD and CPT codes

  • Licensing: Medical coding or successful completion of a certification program
