Job Role: AI Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to integrate Artificial Intelligence and drive operational efficiency across all departments. This hands-on role will help shape and execute our automation strategy, starting with Microsoft Co-Pilot and expanding into broader AI-driven capabilities.

This key position will play a crucial part in streamlining workflows, enhancing training, improving documentation access, and simulating real-world scenarios for role-based development and performance.

The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents across departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, etc.) using Microsoft Co-Pilot. This includes automating business processes and knowledge access through intelligent workflows and training support tools, as well as developing role-play simulations and interactive tools to assist in job-specific performance enhancement.
