Power Apps Engineer">We are seeking a highly skilled Power Apps Engineer to lead the migration of legacy InfoPath forms to Power Apps within Microsoft 365, modernizing workflows and building scalable automated solutions that improve business processes across the enterprise. This role involves designing developing and implementing business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform with a focus on leading edge technologies and best practices.">

Major Responsibilities:

  • ">

  • Migrate end-to-end InfoPath forms into Power Apps ensuring modern efficient and user-friendly replacements.

    ">

  • Architect and develop complex Power Apps solutions integrated with Dataverse SQL and Microsoft 365 services.

    ">

  • Build and optimize workflow automation using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

    ">

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements design scalable solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes.

    ">

  • Ensure compliance with governance security and best practices for the Power Platform and SharePoint.

    ">

  • Troubleshoot debug and resolve issues across Power Apps Power Automate and integrations.

    ">

  • Document technical solutions migration strategies workflows and governance policies for long-term maintainability.

    ">

  • Design and optimize Power BI dashboards to support reporting and analytics needs.

Key Requirements:

  • ">

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.

    ">

  • Proven track record of migrating InfoPath forms to Power Apps.

    ">

  • Advanced expertise in Power Apps and workflow automation.

    ">

  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse and integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services Teams Outlook etc.

    ">

  • Experience developing custom connectors and working with REST APIs or Microsoft Graph API.

    ">

  • Deep understanding of Power Platform governance ALM and security best practices.

    ">

  • Strong analytical troubleshooting and debugging skills.

    ">

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

    ">

  • Strong expertise in SharePoint Online/On-Premise development and customization.

    ">

  • Proven experience with ShareGate for SharePoint migration.

    ">

  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.

    ">

  • Experience with SPFx React/TypeScript JavaScript HTML CSS.
