Senior Business Execution Leader

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide strategic leadership and supervision to the team, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to drive execution of various initiatives and administrative activities for the Technology team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise daily operational activities in the unit, including stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure timely expenses reimbursement and vendor invoices payment based on Service Level Agreement.
  • Establish consistent and standardized operational processes and provide assistance for all processes within the Unit.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years experience in project administration and background in operational areas.
  • Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management.
  • Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills with key stakeholders and Senior Management.
  • Strategic and goal-oriented thinker, effective interpersonal skills, and clear written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree preferred.
  • Experience working in a large and complex, highly matrixed organization.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
